 The CCBS, created in 1976, is located in the heart of Dakar. A very lively venue, it welcomes vivid and varied cultural programming. Renovations planned will enable not only Fesman's music and dance contest to be organised, but they will also improve the conditions under which the public and participants are welcomed at the cultural centre in the future. |
