The FESMAN Executive Production team awaits the appointment of an expert by the regional court of Dakar. The expert’s mission is to assess FESMAN 2009 entire preparatory work. This basis will enable the State of Senegal and the Executive Production to consider the ultimate form as well as the retained actors for the 3rd edition of the World Festival of Black Arts.
The entire set of the expert documents will be published on the website once the report of experts has been carried through. |
