FESMAN TV is the first Black cultural channel in the world that may reach two to three billion individuals, by its diffusion range. Using three satellites, it will broadcast uninterruptedly from December 1st-14th in French, English, and Portuguese, to both Americas, Africa, and Europe. Entirely produced by international teams, it will be broadcast every evening from 6:30-11p.m. three special programs from its very own studios in Dakar: an interactive game, the FESMAN newscast, along with 3 hours of Prime Time devoted to the day event. Besides this time slot, FESMAN TV broadcasts continuously reruns presenting the highlights of the Festival, all day long and for the rest of the night. Programs will also be broadcasted online through the Festival website, and relayed by mobile content networks.
