If Fesman lends a strong voice to emerging artists, the Off festival is the beautiful part of the famous celebrities. Visible from all the continents via the images on Fesman TV, the Off gives a driving force, colour and lightness to Fesman. Through the richness and diversity of its programming, the Off makes all eyes turn to Fesman. It promises a series of ambitious cultural and artistic events. Performances that will please and delight any public.

Firstly, the Off is fourteen exceptional evenings organised in emblematic sites in Senegal. Opening and closing ceremonies, concerts, fashion shows, the “Miss” pageant, sporting events, international prize galas… All these events broadcasted live via Internet and the television stations are an occasion to create unique new meeting places amongst international artists. Hence, several big concerts will reunite singers and musicians from different continents and different musical styles. Together, they will offer the public and television audience unedited and unforgettable moments.

Above and beyond these prestigious galas, the Off is also a series of events of all descriptions: Plays, concerts, film viewing, fashion shows, exhibitions, etc. those set the rhythm for the two weeks of the festival and enable recognized artists and creative artists to express themselves. Finally, the Off honours disciplines that are absent from the official contest: Urban culture, ancient arts or architecture. These last two disciplines are the focus of large exhibitions. Photographic art will also be in the spotlight since the works originating from meeting different artists from Africa and the Diaspora will decorate the streets of Dakar and other cities in Senegal.
